Who it is for
Desks that have already completed a spend visibility review and want the map kept current without repeating the full kick-off. New legal entities and a first-time extract are still a full review.
What repeats
Each quarter you send a delta extract (or a full year-to-date file). We apply the same supplier aliases and category tags, list newcomers above an agreed value, and hold a forty-five-minute call with the buying lead. Written notes are a short addendum, not a reprint of the original pack.
Terms
The retainer is quoted as four quarters. You may pause after two if the ledger structure changes (merger, new finance system). Work already mapped in a quarter is billed. Materials we produce stay yours; our working files of extracts are deleted on a schedule stated in the engagement letter.
