Acceptance
A contract is formed when we write to accept a scoped note and you return a signed copy or a clear written confirmation, and — where a deposit applies — when that deposit is received. Using this website does not create an engagement.
The work
We provide professional review and briefing services as described in the scoped note: typically spend visibility reviews, vendor performance scorecards, category deep-dives, quarterly tracking, and findings briefings. We do not supply software licences, hosted systems, or payment processing.
Your materials
You warrant that you may share the ledger extracts, contract registers, and goods-in files you send, and that you have stripped payroll, bank, and cardholder data. We may refuse a file that still contains such data.
Intellectual property
The written pack, scorecards, and notes we issue to you become yours to use inside your organisation. Our methods, templates, and unpublished working papers remain ours. You may not resell the pack as a product.
Confidentiality
Both parties will keep non-public information confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or by a professional regulator. We will not contact your suppliers about the review unless you instruct us in writing.
Liability
We prepare maps and notes from the files you supply. We do not audit accounts, certify compliance, or guarantee savings. Our liability for any claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. The practice address is 26 Seaford Road, Curteis' Corner, TN27 2RE, United Kingdom.
